2. Domain and Hosting
- We provide a domain for your school’s website, which can be transferred before the subscription expires.
- To initiate a domain transfer, all outstanding dues must be cleared.
- Subscription renewal must be completed at least 15 days before expiry to avoid service disruption.
- Hosting is non transferable in any case.
- No source code or backend access will be provided upon transferring or ending the subscription.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Schools can request a demo before making any payment to evaluate the service.
5. Data Upload and Clerical Work
If schools require us to upload any data, it must be provided in the specified format.
Any clerical work, including formatting, data entry, or content updates, is the responsibility of the user.
6. Service and Security
- Skugle is provided "as is" with no warranties or guarantees.
- While we take reasonable measures to secure data, we do not guarantee absolute security.
- Weekly backups are taken to help safeguard your data.
7. Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Services
- Unlimited services such as storage space and maintenance are subject to fair use.
- Users must not misuse resources in a way that affects service performance for others.
- Excessive use of storage beyond reasonable limits may result in restrictions.
- Maintenance services cover standard updates, but excessive custom requests may incur additional fees.
8. Restrictions Regarding Materials
- All information, documents, software, images, photographs, text, services, and other similar materials (collectively, "Materials") contained in this Website are provided by Everyweb Solutions Private Limited ("EWSPL") or its third-party manufacturers, authors, developers, and vendors ("Third Party Providers") and are copyrighted works of EWSPL and/or the Third Party Providers.
